Orpheus has a growing number of projects
in Australia’s top uranium districts
Orpheus’s long-term strategy is to build a portfolio of projects that provides investors with exposure to regions known to host major uranium deposits across Australia, with a particular focus on South Australia and the Northern Territory, jurisdictions that are supportive of uranium exploration and mining. Orpheus is now the only uranium-focused junior explorer holding licenses in three of South Australia’s most prospective uranium regions, providing significant exploration upside for investors.

Orpheus is led by a board and exploration team with many years of expertise in uranium exploration and development.
Simon Mitchell
Non-executive Chairman
Mr Mitchell is a geologist and corporate executive with 33 years of resources industry experience in both technical and finance roles.
Mr Mitchell is currently a Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Mount Ridley Mines Ltd and is an independent consultant advising with several uranium companies in North America.
Clinton Dubieniecki
Managing Director
Mr Dubieniecki commenced as Orpheus’s Chief Executive Officer in May 2024. Clinton has more than 15 years of experience within global businesses focussing on uranium, including two of Australia’s licenced uranium operations.
Most recently, Clinton has held the position of Principal Geologist at South Australian uranium mining company Heathgate Resources.
Todd Williams
Non-executive Director
Mr Williams is a Non-Executive Director and Exploration Geologist with 12 years’ experience managing all aspects of exploration for multiple commodities (principally nickel, uranium, gold and copper) across Australia and South America.
Mr Williams is currently a Managing Director of ASX listed Unico Silver Limited developing the Cerro Leon silver-gold resource in the Santa Cruz Province of Argentina.
Richard Willson
Company Secretary
Mr Willson is a Non-Executive Director, Company Secretary and CFO with more than 20 years’ experience predominately within the mining, technology and agricultural sectors for publicly listed and private companies.
Mr Willson is currently a Non-Executive Director of Titomic Limited, Clara Resources Limited, MedTEC Holdings Limited, Unity Housing Company Ltd, and Company Secretary of a number of ASX listed companies.
